Fretboard Radius Jig
This jig allows you to create a constant radius on the fretboard. |
Neck Clamping Jig
This jig holds a neck for carving and shaping. Wish I had thought of this before I made the first neck. |
Bridge Clamping Jig
This jig helps put pressure all along the bridge when clamping. I built this with scrap wood and less than 50 cents worth of hardware. |
Binding Routing Jig
This jig cuts channels for bindings and purflings. Original design by Harry Fleishman. I built this from instructions posted on luthier, D.E. Williams's Website. Mine was made to fit my Bosch Colt laminate trimmer. |

Circle Cutter
I built this based on a description in John Bogdanovich's book, Classical Guitar Making: A Modern Approach to Traditional Design. Made to fit my Bosch Colt laminate trimmer. Works great. I use it to cut rosette channels, soundholes, and solid wood rosettes. |

Pipe Clamp Vise
I first saw this on Kathy Matsushita's Website (jigs page). I originally attached it to my stationary workbench, but later modified it to attach to my "workmate" type device. |

Neck Tenon Jig
A modified version of the fixture that Stewmac (www.stewmac.com) suggests building for their neck tenon template. |
